Jennifer Marchand is a seasoned executive leader with more than 17 years of senior leadership experience spanning national non-profit organizations, healthcare systems, and government. She has dedicated her career to building resilient organizations, empowering teams, and delivering meaningful community impact.
Jennifer's roots run deep in Northern Ontario — and that foundation shapes everything about the way she leads. Building a career in close-knit communities taught her that real leadership isn't transactional. That lived experience gave Jennifer an instinctively person-centred approach — one that puts people before process, listens before it speaks, and builds from the ground up rather than the top down.
As a former Executive Director across multiple sectors — including healthcare, disability services, and patient advocacy — Jennifer brings a rare breadth of experience to every engagement. Her leadership style is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in accountability. She has managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led multi-disciplinary teams, navigated complex regulatory environments, and championed equity and inclusion at every level.
